True Results Limited are committed to respecting and safeguarding your personal information.


We do not knowingly collect any personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18 and conform to the Data Protection Act 1998 and its successor the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).


The data controller is Tim Downes, Managing Director of True Results Limited, at Sunrise House, 8 Mill Dam, Clifford, Wetherby, LS23 6EZ, United Kingdom.


Coaching clients are asked to provide personal and professional data, complete a Seven Questions for Clarity document and sign a Client Coaching Agreement Contract before their contract commences.


Consent to securely store and use this information is gained by signing an agreement form during the contracting phase.


The data collected is used solely in connection with the purposes of carrying out our obligations to you as a client during the contracted period and is not passed on to anyone outside of True Results Limited.


Session notes are kept for 12 months after full completion of the coaching/guidance contracted period, unless you request otherwise. After this period, hard copies are shredded and electronic copies deleted.


Depersonalised, basic information such as initials, number of sessions completed and programme duration are kept indefinitely for professional accreditation requirements.


If you have explicitly given us permission to keep your contact details beyond the coaching/guidance contracted period we will hold these securely in order to send you relevant information. We may also use it to request a reference/testimonial and referrals.


Website Visitors


Like most websites, we gather certain information automatically and store it in log files. This information includes Internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, referring pages, date/time stamp and click stream data. We use this information, which does not identify individual users, to analyse trends, to administer the website, to track users' movements around the website and to gather demographic information about our user base as a whole. We do not link this automatically-collected data to personally identifiable information.


We also may obtain information about your general internet usage by using a cookie file which is stored on the hard drive of your computer. Cookies contain information that is transferred to your computer’s hard drive. They help us to improve our site and to deliver a better and more personalised service. They enable us:
